Job Summary Please Note:
This is a Per-Diem Position and hours will be scheduled per patient availability. We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Aesthetic Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, ensuring clients receive exceptional care and visible results. Your expertise in cosmetic procedures, combined with outstanding customer service skills, will help elevate our clients' confidence and satisfaction. Duties Must have at least 2+ years of consistent experience of administering Botox, Xeomin, Dermal Filler, and a variety of other aesthetic services on patients. This is not a training position. You must already possess the necessary skills, training and mastery as an aesthetically trained and experienced Registered Nurse. Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser therapies, dermabrasion, and body waxing with precision and safety. Also, skilled with IV insertion and infusion preferred. Administer injections confidently while adhering to strict sanitation and safety protocols. Provide comprehensive consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans. Manage client communication effectively, ensuring they are well-informed about procedures, post-treatment care, and expected outcomes. Maintain detailed records of treatments using salon software such as Millennium or similar platforms. Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and aesthetic devices during client visits. Support front desk operations by managing guest services, scheduling appointments via Vagaro, Tebra or other booking systems, and handling inquiries professionally. Engage in social media management by creating content, promoting services, and increasing client engagement across platforms. Conduct product demos and educate clients on the latest aesthetic innovations and skincare routines. Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and infection control throughout all procedures. Qualifications Valid nursing license with specialized training in aesthetic medicine; at least 2 years experience as an Aesthetic Registered Nurse is preferred. Proven expertise in injection administration including botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers. Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other advanced skin care procedures. Strong management skills with experience overseeing client flow and treatment schedules efficiently. Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium or similar systems; experience with Vagaro or Tebra is a plus. Excellent communication skills with an ability to educate clients clearly about procedures and aftercare. Background in the beauty industry or cosmetology is highly desirable; experience working in med spa environments is preferred. Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes; familiarity with product demos and upselling techniques. Skills in hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, hair extensions, tattooing or barbering are considered advantageous but not mandatory.
