Prioritize patient care and safety above all else Have a strong sense of ethics and integrity Are reliable, professional, and exhibit excellent bedside manners Enjoy making a difference in their community Requirements Active, unrestricted RN or NP license BLS certification Proficient and confident in IV insertion Reliable transportation & willingness to travel to patient locations Technically proficient: Comfortable using EMR/EHR systems, mobile dispatching apps, and mobile POS systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits of Working With Us Work within your RN scope with clinical direction and oversight provided by our medical direction Freedom to work when and where you choose by simply logging into our custom dispatching app — no required shifts or scheduling commitments Meaningful, one-on-one patient interactions that bring care directly to those who need it A dedicated dispatch and operations team for on-call support Appointments are scheduled daily from 8 am - 8 pm, but visits can be performed 24/7 You control your availability and choose when you're open to seeing patients. Compensation Providers earn a percentage of each treatment they perform, with patient costs ranging from $100 to $625 Typical providers earn between $20,000 to $100,000+ annually based on these factors Your total earnings depend on your schedule, availability, location, and volume of accepted appointments Independent Contracting Notes This is a true 1099 position — you are 100% self-employed, meaning: You're responsible for purchasing your own supplies and managing your own taxes Initial startup supply costs typically range from $1,100 - $2,000 based on what you choose We offer access to deeply discounted rates through premium medical vendors You'll operate under the supervision of our medical director and must follow all physician orders and protocols Ready to Make a Difference?
