Location:

Montebello (Hybrid, 1 day a week on-site-Tuesday)

Job Type:

Temporary, 3 months, possible extension

Compensation Range:

$50.00HR•65.00

HR Schedule:

M•F, 8:00 am•5:00 pm

REQUIREMENTS

Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN) Current valid License as a Registered Nurse through the California Board of Registered Nursing; Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, or another health or human services field with the appropriate licensure preferred. Experience in and willingness to be part of a multi-disciplinary team. Experience with physically or mentally impaired adults and/or the geriatric population. 3 years minimum of current experience in public health nursing, acute care, case management, and/or in-home health care required; minimum of 2 years of managed care organization experience in case management with a focus on inpatient and/or outpatient ambulatory care preferred. Bilingual in Vietnamese is highly preferred.
