2+ year of Manager experience (Preferred) Comfortable caring for pediatric and adult patients Current BLS certification (Hands-on) Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment Position Overview As an RN Case Manager , you will manage and coordinate patient care while collaborating closely with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. You'll spend your time in patient homes and the field , ensuring care plans are effective, compliant, and patient-centered.
