Our dedicated, professional staff is equipped with strengths and talents to deliver the best possible care on a consistent basis. We are currently searching for an experienced RN to supervise our clinical team including LVN's and CNA's. The ideal candidate will be able to work on a Full-Time basis.

Position:

As the RN, your primary responsibility is to oversee LVN's and CNA's in providing direct patient care based on each patient's care plan to the highest quality. Manages area of responsibility with the goal of achieving and maintaining the highest quality of care possible. Reviews staffing patterns and the census of nursing units and reassigns personnel, when necessary, to ensure staffing meets resident needs and budgetary controls. Monitors the skills of new staff members and guides and observes staff that may need additional assistance with procedures. Supervise, direct, and evaluate assigned staff members, LVNs, and CNAs. Initiates investigations of accidents and unusual occurrences and makes the necessary written report to the DON. Keeps the DON informed about the status of residents, staff, and related matters. Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes. Documents interventions, observations, and resident responses to treatment.

Qualifications:
