Home Health -Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Nurse (LVN) to provide nursing visits to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, dependable, and able to work independently while delivering quality nursing care.

Duties:

Provide direct nursing care during patient visits Take and monitor vital signs and patient condition Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice Perform basic wound care and other skilled nursing tasks Document care accurately and promptly Report changes in patient condition to appropriate providers Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies

Qualifications:

Current and active LVN license Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability to work independently Minimum of 1 year experience in home health Reliable transportation Compensation and employment terms will be discussed based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role

Pay:

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
