Duties Conduct thorough client consultations to assess individual needs and develop customized treatment plans Administer botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers with precision and care, following all safety protocols Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, and deep tissue massage Maintain strict sanitation standards and proper sterilization of all equipment and treatment areas Educate clients on various aesthetic procedures, skincare products, and aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results Manage client records using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, documenting treatments accurately Engage in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting services, and building an online community Assist with retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic devices through product demos and client recommendations Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments, handling guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing training on new techniques like eyelash extensions, hair threading, tattooing, color theory, makeup application, hair styling, nail care, hair extensions, barbering, and cosmetology services Experience Licensed Registered Nurse with specialized training in aesthetic medicine or equivalent nursing certification Proven experience administering botulinum toxin (Botox) injections and dermal fillers in a clinical or spa setting Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion techniques, and other advanced skin rejuvenation procedures Strong understanding of sanitation practices and infection control standards within a medical or beauty environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and aftercare Experience working in the beauty industry or medical aesthetics is highly preferred Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
