Registered Nurse — IV Hydration & Mobile Wellness Liquid Glow Vitality |

Rancho Cucamonga, CA Schedule:

Per diem / as needed

Compensation:

$70 per completed IV treatment, plus additional compensation for mobile visits. Mobile rates and compensation for other required duties will be specified in the written agreement.

Location:

Clinic and mobile appointments within 30 miles of Rancho Cucamonga. We are seeking an experienced RN with excellent IV-start skills, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to manage assigned visits with minimal onsite assistance under provider orders and clinic protocols.

Responsibilities:

Review medical history, allergies, vital signs, required clearances, and treatment orders. Start peripheral IVs proficiently and administer ordered IV treatments. Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after treatment. Recognize emergencies, initiate appropriate emergency procedures, and promptly report abnormal findings to the supervising provider. Provide aftercare instructions and complete accurate, timely documentation. Maintain safe medication handling, infection prevention, and supply management. Prepare for and provide mobile services at patients' homes and approved locations. Assist with assigned patient calls, follow-up, and wellness events.

Requirements:

Active California RN license in good standing and current BLS certification. Minimum two years of nursing experience in one or more of the following: same-day surgery, PACU, ICU, ER, or labor and delivery. Experience must include regular peripheral IV starts and patient assessment. Demonstrated ability to recognize deterioration, respond to emergencies, and communicate abnormal findings promptly. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance. Willingness to provide mobile services within 30 miles of Rancho Cucamonga.

Availability and commitment:

At least two weekdays per week available for bookings within 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Availability for assigned phone coverage during agreed work periods. At least one Saturday or Sunday on each of two separate weekends per month. At least one weekend event per month, occasionally ending at 9 p.m. Submit monthly availability one month in advance. Honor confirmed appointments and event commitments; communicate unavoidable changes promptly. Bookings and work volume vary.
