Wellness & Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) Job Overview Synergy Healthcare MSO is seeking a passionate and experienced Wellness & Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join a modern, patient-focused wellness and regenerative medicine practice. We are looking for a confident RN with strong IV skills, excellent clinical judgment, and exceptional customer service who is passionate about wellness and personalized patient care. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of professional RN experience to be considered for this position. The RN will administer and monitor a variety of provider-ordered wellness and infusion therapies, including NAD+ IV Therapy, Myers' Cocktail, IV vitamin and hydration therapy , as well as assist with regenerative medicine services involving stem cell and exosome products when permitted under applicable protocols, provider orders, scope-of-practice requirements, and regulations. This is an hourly, per-diem position with opportunities for full-time hours . All patient documentation is completed digitally. Responsibilities Administer and monitor NAD+ IV infusions, Myers' Cocktail, vitamin infusions, hydration therapy, and other provider-ordered IV treatments Initiate peripheral IV access and maintain IV lines throughout treatment Assist with provider-ordered regenerative medicine treatments and procedures as permitted within RN scope of practice Conduct pre-treatment patient assessments and obtain vital signs Monitor patients throughout treatment and recognize potential adverse or infusion reactions Follow established protocols for emergency response and escalation to the supervising provider Educate patients regarding treatments, expectations, and provider-directed aftercare Maintain accurate and timely digital medical documentation and patient records Follow all applicable safety, infection-control, HIPAA, and clinical guidelines Maintain proper aseptic technique during IV preparation and administration Deliver an exceptional, professional patient experience from treatment through follow-up Qualifications Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License required Minimum 3 years of professional RN experience
REQUIRED
— applicants with less than 3 years of experience will not be considered Current BLS Certification Strong peripheral IV insertion skills required Previous IV therapy or infusion nursing experience strongly preferred Strong patient assessment and clinical monitoring skills Ability to recognize and appropriately respond to infusion reactions and changes in patient condition Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with electronic/digital medical documentation Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Preferred Experience NAD+ IV Therapy Myers' Cocktail / IV Vitamin Therapy Hydration Therapy Infusion Nursing Regenerative Medicine Experience assisting with stem cell or exosome-related therapies Wellness or Longevity Medicine Concierge Medicine Medical Spa or Outpatient Wellness Center experience
