We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) Services program in Redding, CA. Position Details
Earn up to $49.54 per hour

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Degree from an accredited school of nursing. Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California. Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in patient assessment, care plan development, and admission/discharge activities. Ability to contribute to interdisciplinary programs and teach nursing curriculum to staff. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills 2 years' experience in community health, long-term care, or working with developmentally disabled populations.
Shift:
Ability to work two days a week between Monday-Friday, from 8am-4:30pm with flexibility based on business needs The registered nurse (RN) will work within intermediate care facilities and adult residential facilities, conducting assessments for adult consumers with intellectual disabilities and medical complexities.Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with doctors and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and assist staff with medical concerns. Teach medication certification classes to staff. Spend time between the office and the residential facilities, ensuring comprehensive care and support. Oversee and monitor medication supplies. Advise on the need for urgent care or hospital visits.
