In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers and botulinum toxin injections, to help clients achieve their beauty and confidence goals. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic injections such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments with precision and safety, adhering to all medical protocols and standards. Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations for results. Maintain meticulous documentation of procedures, client records, and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and product benefits to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction. Manage appointment scheduling using salon or med spa management software like Square ensuring smooth daily operations. Uphold sanitation standards by maintaining a sterile environment during procedures and following all infection control protocols. Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products, dermal fillers, or other aesthetic items to enhance client results and satisfaction. Support social media management efforts by sharing client success stories (with consent), promoting services, and engaging with online communities to grow our brand presence. Experience Valid RN license with specialized training or certification in medical aesthetics or cosmetic nursing. Proven experience performing injectable treatments such as dermal fillers and Botox in a med spa or clinical setting. Familiarity with salon software systems like Square for scheduling and client management. Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, micro needling , PRP, Cynosure Tempsure. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively while providing exceptional guest services. Experience with social media management for marketing or brand promotion is desirable but not required. A proactive attitude toward sanitation practices, customer service excellence, upselling techniques, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all clients.
