Performs cardiac tests and assessments, educates patients and families about cardiac disease and preventative health care, and cares for patients after heart surgery. Works with specialized monitoring and treatment equipment. Trained to provide emergency medical care to cardiac patients. Works under the supervision of a physician. Works in hospital cardiology or intensive care units or cardiac rehabilitation programs.

$97.00 - $105.00 This facility is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, & Friday's; 8:00am-5:00 PM.

Practice Setting:

Inpatient clinic.

Patients Per Day:

6-7.

Electronic Medical Records EMR:

EPIC (Health Connect - Kaiser Permanente's version of EPIC).

Credentialing Timeframe:

45-60 Days.

Certification Requirements:

Board Certified.

License Requirements:

California State license.
