Experience:
One (1) year experience in a behavioral health setting; experience in an inpatient health care setting is preferred One (1) year supervisory experience preferred.
License and Certification:
Valid California RN license. Current CPR and first aid certification. How you will make a difference (job overview): The Charge Nurse is responsible for performing all nursing duties and related nursing activities for clients. The Charge Nurse is also responsible for the supervision of the Nurses and other staff assigned to their respective shift.
Division/Program Overview:
Population Served:
Adults (Ages 18-64) with severe mental health challenges that have required placement in a state hospital or other intensive behavioral health setting.
Facility & Setting:
16-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility.
Clinical Services:
Comprehensive behavioral health and psychiatric services delivered by a multidisciplinary team.
Skills & Transition:
