Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including assisted living facilities, outpatient clinics, and hospitals. The LVN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes. Implement infection control protocols and maintain aseptic techniques during procedures. Input information accurately in medical records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care. Participate in laboratory tests and assist in the collection of specimens as needed. Qualifications Current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
