Qualifications and Requirements:

Active California LVN or RN license required Experience in school nursing or pediatric settings preferred Confidence in performing lifts and transfers safely throughout the day Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate health records and medication administration Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and healthcare providers

Responsibilities:

Deliver daily medical care, administer medications, and monitor students health status Assist individual students with personal care, physical mobility, and transfers Respond swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies, following school protocols Communicate student health needs to teaching staff and families, offering training and support as needed Maintain detailed and confidential health records for all assigned students Support overall classroom safety and promote health education Enjoy the stability of a full-time schedule, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from now until June.
