Job Description

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner for our client in California. This 30-day assignment begins Oct 12, 2026, offering a schedule of six 12-hour shifts monthly, with responsibilities spanning 11 AM - 11 PM in POD B and 9 AM - 9 PM for triage in POD C. The role involves managing urgent care cases like belly pain, blood work, prescription refills, sick visits, and chest pain without risk, alongside patient intake and placement in the ER. Responsibilities and Duties Perform six 12-hour shifts per month Work from 11 AM - 11 PM in POD B with an RN Address belly pain, blood work, prescription refills, and sick visits Manage chest pain cases without high risk or need for monitoring Provide triage for the waiting room in POD C from 9 AM - 9 PM Conduct patient intakes and facilitate patient placement in the
