Job Description

Job Summary Will Discuss pay rate and hours upon interview. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert patient care across diverse medical settings, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. Your expertise will support a wide range of clinical procedures, assessments, and treatments, empowering patients on their journey to wellness. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation Administer medications Coordinate patient care plans through case management strategies, discharge planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across inpatient and outpatient settings. Provide emergency response interventions including airway management, acute pain management, triage assessments in urgent care or emergency room environments. Maintain detailed medical documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations and coding standards such as
ICD-10/ICD-9
for accurate billing and record keeping. Skills Proficiency in specialized nursing areas including critical care (ICU), emergency medicine, trauma medicine at Level I/II trauma centers or teaching hospitals. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology essential for accurate patient assessment and treatment planning. Skilled in performing advanced procedures such as catheterization (cardiac or urinary), tube feeding management, sterile processing techniques, and aseptic technique adherence. Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics (memory care & Alzheimer's/dementia care), behavioral health patients or individuals with developmental disabilities. Ability to handle complex cases involving infectious disease care, hospice & palliative medicine or post-acute care environments. Familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding for procedures and treatments to ensure precise medical documentation and billing compliance. $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
