NOW HIRING
RNs, LVNs, and HHAs - Ridgecrest Area We are actively seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality home health services throughout the Ridgecrest area. Compensation rates will be discussed individually based on discipline, experience, case assignment, and qualifications. Common Responsibilities Registered Nurses (RNs) Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. Monitor patient conditions and document clinical findings. Educate patients and families on disease management and care plans. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of an RN. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Monitor vital signs and patient status. Assist with patient education and reinforcement of care plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Home Health Aides (HHAs) Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with light housekeeping related to patient care. Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse. Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Requirements Current and active license/certification applicable to the position. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to work independently in a home health setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

From $40.00 per day
