The ideal candidate combines strong clinical assessment skills with hands-on injection experience and a commitment to patient safety and natural-looking results. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled aesthetic provider looking to supplement an existing schedule. Schedule Approximately 1-2 scheduled days per month, based on patient demand and coordinated with provider availability. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive consultations, including medical history review and relevant physical and skin assessments, to determine treatment suitability. Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical findings. Administer cosmetic botulinum toxin injections and other approved aesthetic treatments within demonstrated competency, scope of practice, and clinic protocols. Educate patients about treatment options, realistic outcomes, risks, benefits, and aftercare. Obtain informed consent and maintain accurate, confidential documentation in the clinic's electronic medical record system. Follow aseptic techniques and infection-control protocols. Provide appropriate follow-up care, recognize complications, and respond according to established protocols. Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team to deliver safe, consistent patient care. Stay current with aesthetic injection techniques and patient safety practices. Qualifications Active California Nurse Practitioner certification. Documented training and hands-on experience administering cosmetic botulinum toxin injections. Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, patient assessment, injection techniques, and complication management. Current BLS certification. Experience with dermal fillers, laser treatments, or other aesthetic procedures preferred. Additional aesthetic training or certifications preferred. Experience with hormone therapy, peptide therapy, and medical weight loss is preferred. Experience in a cash-pay medical practice, medical spa, or concierge healthcare setting. Comfort using electronic medical records and maintaining patient confidentiality. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centered approach.
