Schedule Options:

Three 12-hour shifts per week (fixed): Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM) On-call shifts required, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays

Desired Qualifications:

Active California RN license Current BLS and ACLS certifications NIHSS certification Expertise in orthopedic, trauma, and robotic-assisted surgeries At least 2 years of recent experience in the operating room, including significant time in Level I or II trauma environments Minimum of 1 year of proven travel nursing experience Skills checklist submission required as part of the application process

Key Responsibilities:

Scrub and circulate for a wide range of surgical procedures with a focus on ortho, trauma, and robotics cases Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure patient safety and seamless operations Provide preoperative and postoperative care, following strict aseptic protocols Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in patient records Respond quickly to emergent situations, demonstrating critical thinking and composure Participate in scheduled call rotations, supporting urgent surgical cases as needed This assignment offers the chance to work in a challenging environment, gain exposure to advanced surgical technologies, and contribute meaningfully to patient care.
