ASAP Job Overview We are seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a Critical Need assignment at a leading healthcare facility in Roseville, California . The ideal candidate will have recent Level

III NICU

experience and a strong background in providing specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced neonatal environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates requiring intensive and specialized treatment. Monitor and assess newborns with acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions. Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized neonatal treatments. Operate and monitor advanced neonatal equipment, including ventilators and incubators. Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Educate and support families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and discharge planning. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Respond effectively to neonatal emergencies and participate in resuscitation efforts. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent full-time NICU experience within the last 3 years. Graduate of an accredited Nursing program. Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification. Recent Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience . Required Certifications RN License
