Job Description
Home health position in San Clemente providing 1:1 care and companionship to a young adult. Day shifts, times vary depending on school schedule. Some weekend shifts available. Tasks include G-Tube feedings, administer medications, ADL's, and companionship.
Job Details:
- One-on-one care
- Patient in private home
- Administer medications and perform g-tube feedings
- Monitor vitals
- Perform ADL's
- Perform ROM/massage as needed
- Assist with communication
- Provide companionship and interaction
Part Time Qualifications:
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
- Current proof of LVN license/registration in the State of California
- Current BLS
- Reliable, honest, and positive attitude
- Demonstrates problem solving skills
- Communicates well with others
- Ability to pass background screening
Salary:
