Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a strong sales background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in injectables, aesthetic machines, and hormone therapies, or a willingness to learn, along with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management. You will play a key role in achieving aesthetic results for clients while actively promoting treatments and building client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, such as Botox and dermal fillers, ensuring safety and precision. Administer mesotherapy treatments for skin rejuvenation and fat reduction. Operate advanced aesthetic devices, including Ultherapy, Thermage, Potenza, Agnes and PicoSure Pro, for skin tightening and laser treatments. Conduct consultations to understand clients' goals, educating them on personalized treatment plans, including HRT and TRT options. Drive sales by effectively recommending additional services and products to meet clients' goals. Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on retention and satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive client records and follow-up notes to track progress. Ensure all treatments adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, with training opportunities available in HRT and TRT.
Qualifications:
Valid
RN/NP/PA
license in California . Minimum of 1 year of experience in aesthetic medicine with a focus on injectables, mesotherapy, and non-invasive treatments. Strong sales experience, with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets. Expertise in using aesthetic equipment, including Ultherapy, Thermage, Potenza, Agnes and PicoSure Pro. Excellent communication skills, with a client-centered approach and a drive to meet aesthetic and sales goals. Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
