WHERE WE ARE, HONESTLY SMPCA

is an established scalp micropigmentation studio and training academy in San Lorenzo, expanding the space into a full aesthetic med spa. We do not yet have a signed Medical Director or a completed PC/MSO structure. We are actively recruiting for the Medical Director role, and the structure will be built with healthcare counsel before any clinical service line opens. You would ask about this on the first call, so we are saying it up front. No RN should take a job where nobody can name the supervising physician or explain who performs the good-faith exam. If you need to start immediately, this is not that role yet. If you want in early on a program built correctly from the start, we would like to talk.

WHAT THE ROLE WILL BE

Administer neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments under physician-developed standardized procedures Perform laser and energy-based treatments including hair removal, IPL, and resurfacing Run IV hydration and nutrient therapy per standing orders Support the medically supervised weight management program Document thoroughly and escalate appropriately Educate clients on aftercare and realistic timelines

REQUIREMENTS

Active California RN license in good standing Injectable training and documented hands-on experience Laser safety training, or willingness to complete it IV certification and solid venipuncture skills BLS certification A clear understanding of California RN scope: you will work from signed standardized procedures under 16 CCR 1474, and the good-faith exam is not an RN function.
