A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

For added ease, in-depth information on your patient is available on our dedicated EMR platform. Throughout the day you will utilize your skills independently to provide 1:1 care to your patient. When working as a home health nurse with FPP, your day is spent caring for your patient in the comfort of their home and ensuring they are well taken care of. You administer their medications, chart their progress, communicate with their additional care providers, and most of all, continue building a bond founded in quality at-home care. Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
