Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of California BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Minimum of one year recent ICU nursing experience Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and electronic medical records systems
Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered care in a high-acuity ICU setting Monitor and assess the needs of critically ill patients Administer medications and manage advanced life-support technologies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans Provide advocacy and education to patients and their families Ensure accurate and timely documentation
