Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) California School Nurse (CSN) credential or willingness to obtain it Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 1,000 students spanning kindergarten through twelfth grade

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing services to students across three campuses Promote a safe and healthy school environment Assess and respond to student health needs, including first aid, medication administration, and emergency care Maintain accurate health records and documentation Collaborate with educators, families, and health professionals to support student well-being Educate students and staff on health-related topics and preventive care Monitor chronic health conditions and implement physician-ordered care plans
