Qualifications and Experience:

Current, active RN license in good standing At least one year of recent experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or step-down environment Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills BLS and ACLS certifications required Proficient communication abilities with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Adaptability in swiftly changing clinical situations

Key Responsibilities:
