  • Sunnyvale, CA Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking compassionate, reliable Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our dedicated clinical team.
We are a resident-focused skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care and creating a supportive environment for both staff and residents.
Position Details Role:
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Schedule:
Part-time; weekends
  • Saturday Sunday need
Shift:
NOC Shift (Overnight)
Compensation:
$40
  • 45 per hour, based on experience What You'll Do Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with the resident care plan Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident health Document assessments, interventions, and observations per facility policies Build strong, supportive relationships with residents and their families What We're Looking For Current, valid California LVN license Current CPR/BLS certification Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and reliability A positive, resident-centered attitude Why Work With Us?
