Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Correctional RN for a 30-week contract assignment in Susanville, California . The LVN will provide nursing care to an incarcerated patient population while maintaining safety, professionalism, and compliance with correctional healthcare standards. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, treatments, and patient assessments Monitor inmate health conditions and respond to medical needs Document nursing care accurately in medical records Assist with sick call, intake screenings, and chronic care clinics Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members Follow correctional facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times Qualifications Active California RN license in good standing Minimum 1-2 year of RN experience preferred (correctional experience a plus) Current BLS certification Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively in a secure correctional environment #
RC Pay:
$2,700.00 per week
