Duties Administer botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic injections with precision and safety Perform esthetic treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and body Treatments to improve skin health and appearance Provide comprehensive client consultations to assess needs, explain procedures, and set realistic expectations Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare instructions to optimize results Manage client records using salon management software for scheduling, treatment documentation, and follow-ups Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting services, and engaging with the community to grow the practice's online presence Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on aesthetic treatments and injection administration Licensed registered nurse with certification in cosmetic or aesthetic nursing preferred Knowledge of management systems like Millennium orMINDBODY
is highly desirable Skilled in various esthetic procedures including chemical peels, dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, hair threading, eyelash extensions, nail care, hair styling, makeup application, and tattooing techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships Experience in retail sales of skincare or cosmetic products is a plus Familiarity with salon software and front desk operations enhances workflow efficiency Excellent sanitation practices aligned with industry standards for safety and hygiene Ability to upsell treatments and products confidently while maintaining a professional demeanorQualifications Required:
Active and unrestricted California RN or NP license Current BLS/CPR certification Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection safety Professional communication and patient consultation skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements Dependable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented Ability to appropriately assess patients and recognize contraindications and potential complicationsPreferred:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience Experience administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers Experience with products from Allergan/AbbVie, Galderma, and/or Merz Experience with PRP/PRF or other regenerative aesthetic treatments Established before-and-after portfolio Existing local clientele or experience building and retaining an injectable patient base Aesthetic certification and advanced injector training What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who believes aesthetic medicine should enhance a patient's natural features rather than change who they are.Our ideal injector is:

Depending on the candidate, compensation may include: Competitive hourly or per-diem compensation Injectable treatment commission Performance-based bonuses Product and treatment discounts Training and continuing education opportunities Opportunities for increased hours as the injectable patient base grows Potential for long-term advancement within the practice Schedule This position will initially be part-time/per diem , with the opportunity for additional days and hours based on patient demand and performance.
