Flu Vaccine Requirement:
Mandatory (no exemptions or declinations allowed) Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in PACU and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Prior Charge RN or Nurse Educator experience Strong administrative, project management, and independent problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for maintaining and updating clinical documentation Background in survey preparation (AAAHC, Joint Commission, Medicare), quality binders, and infection control
Responsibilities Operational & Accreditation Setup:
Lead ASC startup tasks, operational setup, policy/procedure development, and survey readiness.
DON Assistance:
Support the Director of Nursing with quality program development, quality binders, infection control, and minor life safety protocols.
Clinical Care:
Provide PACU recovery and pre/post-op care for minor orthopedic procedures, pain management, and trigger finger cases performed under local anesthesia.
Documentation Management:
