You will work in the field at patients homes and take care of them after a hospital discharge.

rates:

Start of Care (SOC)•

Medicare:

$120 Recertification / Resumption /

Discharge:

$85 (work submitted within 3 days of visit)

IV Visit:

$85 (work submitted within 3 days of visit)

Routine RN Visit:

$55 Mileage included after the first visit and after 30 miles This Clinical Nurse field position is part time with the opportunity to grow to full time.
