Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year of experience in a Med Surg hospital environment Strong clinical assessment, time management, and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven setting Current BLS certification (required), ACLS preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive assessments and continuously monitor patient status Administer medications and therapies as ordered Implement and update individualized care plans Accurately document interventions, progress, and patient outcomes Prioritize patient safety, infection control, and evidence-based practice Educate patients and families about medical conditions and ongoing care needs Serve as a reliable resource and advocate for patients and the interdisciplinary team
