Job Description
Coordinate care with a wide array of healthcare professionals. Meet compliance with standards of care and practice. Perform physical exam and health histories. Provide health promotions, counseling, and education. Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions. Supervise care that is provided by other healthcare professionals. Make patient care assignments based on the scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel. Recognize and react to emergency situations. Collaborate with people to inform the healthcare team of plans/actions and for the education of patient, family or organization. Perform nursing services identified in the TO.
