WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver exceptional IV therapy, wellness treatments, and aesthetic services to clients Consult with clients to recommend personalized service packages and treatment plans Drive revenue through relationship-based sales and upselling Learn and operate the T-Shape model (full training provided) Manage front desk operations including scheduling, client check-in, and follow-ups Maintain a warm, professional, and client-centered environment
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Requirement Details RN License or Higher Active RN, NP, PA, or equivalent license in good standing in California. We welcome all qualifying clinical licenses. Sales Background Comfortable consulting, recommending, and closing service packages. Experience in a revenue-generating clinical role preferred. T-Shape Model Experience a plus — full training will be provided to all hired candidates. Injecting Experience ✔ Plus Neurotoxin or dermal filler experience is a significant advantage, though not required. Front Desk & Operations Ability to manage scheduling, client intake, POS systems, and day-to-day clinic flow with warmth and professionalism. Note on
