Full Job Description Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. The RN is responsible for providing direct nursing care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality care and safety for our residents in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state/federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration Monitor resident condition and promptly report changes to the physician and interdisciplinary team Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans Supervise and support LVNs/LPNs and CNAs Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the medical record Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Participate in care conferences and quality improvement activities Ensure compliance with Title 22, CMS, and facility policies

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing (state-specific) Current CPR/BLS certification Previous SNF or long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
