SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team Santa Fe Post Acute in Vista, California . The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist in the evaluation of patient needs, and ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct physical examinations and record patient medical history
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the DON
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
• Perform IV insertions and manage IV therapy
• Assist in sterile processing procedures
• Utilize knowledge of physiology to provide comprehensive patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care plans

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Prior experience in SNF/ALF or similar pst-acute care setting preferred
• Proficiency in conducting physical assessments and interpreting vital signs
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to perform IV insertions and manage IV therapy effectively
