Registered Nurse
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as prescribed by physicians. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques. Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed to promote optimal health outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care. Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families to promote well-being and coping strategies. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives.Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of CA. (Required) 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in Home health ; or a related setting. (Required) BLS/CPR certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS or wound care certification. (Required) Valid CA Driver's license. (Required)Benefits:
