Job Description
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cancer across the continuum of care Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust plans as clinically appropriate Collaborate closely with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, primary care providers, and support staff Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, side effects, and prognosis Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation within the EMR Participate in tumor boards, care coordination meetings, and quality initiatives Comply with all clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
