Job Description

We are looking for reliable and compassionate nurses to provide great care to our patients. We are looking for nurses who are willing to travel around the Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Los Angeles, and San Fernando Valley areas
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities Administer medications and treatments according to a detailed plan of care Monitor client's condition, including efficacy of treatment and medications Provide specialized healthcare such as changing bandages Teach family members ways to care for patient Document accurately and submit timely nursing notes, according to agency standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or other related healthcare fields Familiar with software such as HospiceMD Positive and compassionate patient demeanor Ability to handle physical workload
Requirements:
Current California professional license, Driver's license, CPR certification, Auto insurance.
