In this role, you will deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments while creating the kind of welcoming, patient-focused experience our practice is known for. This is a per diem, part-time position on designated laser days, with the opportunity to grow into additional days as our bookings increase. Duties Proficient in Botox, filler, aesthetic treatments, full face rejuvenation, microneedling, and related services. Perform a range of laser and light-based aesthetic treatments, including IPL, laser hair removal, CO2 laser resurfacing, Density skin resurfacing, and Clear + Brilliant See and care for laser patients on scheduled laser days Conduct patient consultations and skin assessments to determine treatment suitability and appropriate settings Review medical history, confirm candidacy, and obtain informed consent prior to each treatment Operate and adjust laser and light devices safely according to established protocols for each patient and skin type Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care to support safe results and a positive experience Monitor patients during and after treatment, recognize and respond to any adverse reactions, and coordinate follow-up care Document treatments, device settings, and patient responses accurately in the EMR Maintain laser equipment, support routine calibration and maintenance, and uphold laser safety standards including proper eye protection Follow infection control, sanitation, and HIPAA requirements to protect patient safety and confidentiality Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team, working under physician supervision in accordance with California regulations Maintain a clean, organized treatment room and assist with related supplies and inventory Requirements Active, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience with aesthetic lasers and light-based devices preferred Working knowledge of skin types, laser safety, and treatment protocols, or willingness to train on our devices Excellent patient communication and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus Comfort documenting in EMR systems Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards; training available if needed Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced aesthetics setting Schedule Part-time / per diem (as-needed) 1 to 2 days per week on designated laser days, scaling up as bookings grow Up to 5-6 hours per day Compensation $50 to $102 per hour, commensurate with experience Location Method of Beauty, 30839 E Thousand Oaks Blvd, Westlake Village, CA 91362 Join us in delivering outstanding patient care while advancing your nursing career in a supportive, patient-focused practice!
