- New Grad Residency Program
- December 2026 Cohort Only Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $34.78 an hour
- Full-Time , 36 hours per week +$8/hour night differential for night shifts. +$2.50/hr for weekend shifts.
- 12-months of classroom didactic and unit training.
- Placement will be selected in the following departments: Med/Surg, Ortho/Neuro, PCU, and Oncology.

- Colorado RN license in good standing
- BLS certification through American Heart Association
- BSN Degree preferred
- BLS required within the conditional period
- Other certifications may be required within conditional period Responsibilities
- Promote a patient safety culture and participate in achieving core measures and best practices
- Demonstrate physical and mental ability to apply nursing and management theories, procedures and standards
- Supports and ensures compliance with hospital, division, and departmental policies
- Familiar with organization, department, and job specific environment of care policies, including life safety, utilities management, hazardous material communication, emergency preparedness, infection prevention and medical equipment failure
- Implements interventions based on the Plan of Care, priority of patient's needs and desired outcome, guidelines/standards of care, and agency policies and procedure
- Evaluates practice in relation to professional standards, statues, regulations, hospital and departmental policies, and standards of care.
