Night Shift 12 hour shiftsDescription:
This position located in Brighton, CO. This is scheduled to be a 13 week contract with a strong possibility of extension. Registered Nurse (RN)Duties & Responsibilities:
Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies. Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR). Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes. Minimum Qualifications Current, valid, and unrestricted CO license/certification in good standing, as required for the position. Minimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years of recent experience as a RN Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required. fit test, immunization records, TB test,).
