Qualifications BLS Certification Full Job Description Role:
Registered Nurse providing perioperative care in an orthopedic surgery hospital with 3 ORs, including PACU and operating room levels of care.
Responsibilities:
Deliver top-of-scope nursing practice, utilizing the nursing process to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, prioritize patient wellness, and model proficiency through precepting new staff. Maintain evidence-based care standards aligned with AORN and ABPANC guidelines, contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
Qualifications & Skills:
Active Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges, minimum 1-year experience, and BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and a commitment to professional growth and patient-centered care.
