Requirements include:

At least 2 years of pediatric ICU experience Ability to support safe patient care transitions, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient responses Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members Responsibilities involve: Providing 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly Ensuring quality patient care and safety throughout shifts Qualifications and skills: Strong clinical skills in pediatric critical care Excellent communication and coordination abilities Benefits include: Guaranteed pay with no canceled shifts Premium overtime pay at 2x hourly rate Weekly pay for financial flexibility Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Housing stipends and travel assistance Referral bonuses
