//bit.ly/40f89Gv About the Role As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll help ensure safe, high-quality, and compliant care for clients receiving in-home care services. A significant portion of this role focuses on supporting our veteran clients, including new client intakes, ongoing clinical oversight, and required supervisory visits. RNs on our team typically manage an assigned group of veteran clients and complete supervisory visits approximately every 60 days, including review of client condition, care needs, plan-of-care considerations, and caregiver performance. RNs also assist with caregiver and CNA onboarding, training, annual flu vaccine clinics, tuberculosis testing, and other clinical or operational support needs. This position reports to the Director of Nursing and works closely with our Care Experience Managers, scheduling team, caregivers, CNAs, and operations leadership. What You'll Do Responsibilities may include: Conducting client intake visits for new veteran clients Completing required supervisory visits for assigned veteran clients Observing and documenting client condition, changes in care needs, and safety concerns Reviewing caregiver performance during supervisory visits and providing appropriate guidance Supporting updates to Plans of Care when client needs change Communicating clinical concerns to the Director of Nursing and care team Providing caregiver and CNA guidance related to safe care practices, client-specific needs, and risk prevention Assisting with caregiver/CNA onboarding and training Supporting employee immunization and testing needs, including annual flu vaccine clinics and tuberculosis testing Completing accurate, timely documentation in agency systems Collaborating with scheduling and care management teams to support safe, consistent service delivery Supporting audits, compliance reviews, and other clinical documentation needs Performing other related duties as assigned Schedule This is a full time position.

Client census VA referrals Supervisory visit requirements Training needs Other agency needs This position does not guarantee a minimum number of hours per week. Scheduling may vary week to week based on business and client care needs.
Compensation Pay range:
$32 per hour Final pay will depend on experience, qualifications, licensure, and assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications:
Current Colorado Registered Nurse license in good standing Prior nursing experience required Home care, home health, hospice, geriatric, VA, or long-term care experience preferred Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to complete visits independently and manage assigned follow-up responsibilities Comfortable providing coaching and support to caregivers/CNAs Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to client homes as needed Ability to pass required background checks and employment requirements Ready to Make Nursing Personal Again?
