Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-ICU Job Type Contract Step into a vital nursing role where your ICU expertise will have a profound impact on patient outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to deliver advanced, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a dynamic intensive care unit environment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to promoting the best possible recovery for those in need.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, eligible to practice. Recent clinical experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting required. Proficient in advanced monitoring systems and providing immediate life-saving interventions. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Schedule:
Contract assignment (term will be discussed during interview). Exact shift details to be provided.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU. Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage complex treatment protocols. Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare standards. Provide support and education to patients and families during critical situations. Respond swiftly to emergencies and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
