Your Role & Responsibilities Clinical Excellence:

Perform advanced treatments including Neuromodulators (Botox, Jeuveau), Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, Laser services, RF Microneedling, IV Hydration, and Medical Weight Loss services.

Consultative Sales:

Lead high-value consultations, creating customized treatment plans that integrate multiple modalities (lasers, injectables, skincare).

Business Growth:

Proactively grow your patient base through networking, referrals, and patient retention strategies. Participate in marketing initiatives, including social media content and Med Spa events.

Patient Retention:

Maintain a high retention rate through consistent 24-48 hour follow-ups and a polished, compassionate bedside manner.

Operational Integrity:

Maintain meticulous client charts, follow company dress codes, ensure room "turn-over" is seamless, and meet/exceed product and service goals.

Qualifications Licensure:

Active Colorado RN, NP, or PA license in good standing (Required).

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting administering neurotoxins and fillers (Required).

Technical Skills:

Proven experience with lasers and microneedling procedures experience is preferred.

Strong clinical judgment, professional appearance, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Reliable transportation even in mountain weather and a strict commitment to punctuality.

Compensation & Benefits Base Pay:

$45.00 - $65.00 per hour + Highly Competitive Commission Structure.

Job Type:

Part-time (2 to 3 days per week, with opportunity for additional hours) or Full-time.
