Position Overview The Interventional Psychiatric Nurse is a vital clinical role responsible for delivering and supporting advanced interventional psychiatric and neuromodulation services at All Points North Lodge. As a licensed nurse, you will administer and coordinate Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (dTMS), Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT), while providing direct client care, clinical assessment, crisis intervention, comprehensive documentation, and operational coordination. Working collaboratively with PLUS Services, residential, clinical, and medical teams, you will ensure client safety, treatment consistency, regulatory compliance, and optimal clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Client Care & Therapeutic Engagement Build and maintain therapeutic, professional relationships with clients using trauma-informed approaches Provide direct nursing assessment, monitoring, and support throughout treatment sessions Reinforce adherence to daily schedules, program structure, and organizational policies Respond to and de-escalate crisis situations using evidence-based, trauma-informed techniques Encourage participation in IOP programming and structured therapeutic activities Observe and co-facilitate therapeutic groups in collaboration with clinical team members Demonstrate emotional intelligence and maintain appropriate professional boundaries Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Operate hyperbaric chambers and related equipment in strict accordance with safety protocols and nursing standards Perform routine equipment checks, chamber operations, and basic system maintenance Conduct pre-treatment assessments and monitor clients throughout HBOT sessions Ensure a patient-first, supportive, and clinically appropriate treatment environment Maintain accountability for safe delivery of HBOT throughout all phases of care Support onboarding and training of new HBOT staff as assigned Adhere to comprehensive documentation standards, outcomes tracking, and performance improvement initiatives Apply evidence-based practices and emerging standards in hyperbaric medicine Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (dTMS) Schedule and administer TMS sessions per established protocols under licensed physician supervision Accurately position coils and ensure proper client posture, stability, and comfort Monitor vital signs and document client responses, tolerance, and any adverse effects Obtain and document outcome measures (PHQ-9, PCL-5, GAD-7, Y-BOCS) prior to sessions Provide clear, compassionate education and support to clients regarding TMS therapy Maintain meticulous compliance with all TMS safety, regulatory, and documentation standards Collaborate with treatment team to optimize individual client protocols Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) Coordinate scheduling, client preparation, and post-session integration processes Obtain and document comprehensive vital signs (BP, HR, O₂, temperature) pre-, mid-, and post-treatment Conduct pre-treatment nursing assessments and ensure compliance with fasting and hydration requirements Provide comfort measures including eye masks, noise-canceling headphones, and supportive presence Accurately document client weight, prior dosing, and dosage calculations for medical provider review Complete detailed KAT documentation in KIPU and co-sign with medical providers Tag client charts appropriately for compliance and tracking purposes Collaborate with psychiatric and clinical teams to support individualized care planning and treatment adjustments Monitor for contraindications and communicate clinical concerns to the treatment team Care Coordination & Clinical Support Serve as a clinical liaison between PLUS Services, residential clients, outpatient services, and clinical/medical teams Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews, treatment planning, and safety meetings Coordinate with admissions and discharge teams to support continuity of care Assist with insurance verification and authorization processes for PLUS services Maintain accurate inventories of clinical supplies and operational materials Ensure treatment spaces remain clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory and infection control standards Document clinical observations and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Current, active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Colorado Minimum 1-2 years of experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or substance use treatment settings Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a clinical setting Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with medical devices and monitoring equipment Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems; experience with KIPU strongly preferred Ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical nursing standards Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and drug screening Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multidisciplinary clinical teams in specialized treatment settings Prior experience with interventional psychiatric treatments (TMS, ketamine, hyperbaric therapy, or similar) Training or certification in trauma-informed care approaches Experience with psychiatric crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques Familiarity with outcome measurement tools and clinical documentation standards Experience in residential or intensive outpatient behavioral health programs Essential Professional Attributes High moral and ethical values aligned with nursing standards of practice Genuine compassion and commitment to client-centered care Willingness to continuously learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic clinical environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
